1. Rationale. Provide rules and regulations for Foundation restaurant customers and management that will assure the Food and Beverage Department’s primary goal is met. The Food and Beverage Department takes great pride in consistently providing high quality food and drink services to restaurant and bar customers and their guests. Its primary goal is to exceed our customer’s expectations in terms of providing quality service, quality food, and quality drink all the time every time.
2. Restaurant and Bar Customers. Members, tenants, and commercial employees with Membership Cards, guests with Guest Passes, accompanied guests, Realtors with Realtor Passes and Foundation managers and department managers and directors as invited guests.
3.1. Private parties may only be booked by a customer (Sect 2. above) and the customer must be present at the event. In the event guests are not residents of Pelican Bay, the sponsoring Member shall provide a list of guests three days in advance for admittance at the Tram Station.

3.3. Special events are booked through the Food and Beverage Director at the office of the Foundation.
3.4. Outside caterers are permitted at the discretion of management.
3.5. Private events are limited to 20 persons when restaurants are open. Larger parties may be permitted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
